Securing your Booking
We kindly ask for a $30 booking deposit to secure all bookings at Nailin' Beauty, this deposit will be refunded or reallocated to a future appointment should you cancel with more than 24 hour's notice, If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice unfortunately your deposit will be forfeited, however, you are more than welcome to send a friend or family member in your place and they can use your deposit to secure their booking
We will confirm your appointment 48 hours prior to your booking so if you need to cancel you're more than welcome to do so and your deposit will be refunded or secured for a future booking
Conditions of Gift Voucher
All Nailin' Beauty Gift Vouchers have no expiry date. Simply call us to make your booking and we will ask you to provide us with your voucher number. Your voucher will secure your booking which means you won't need to provide a deposit, but if you do not come to your booking or cancel within 24 hours that the $30 deposit value will be deducted from your gift voucher
When To Arrive
You must arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service you have booked in for. If you are running late, please let us know – we will do everything we can to accommodate you, however, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment if we cannot complete the whole service, in which case you will need to make another booking and will forfeit any deposit paid.
Client comfort and consideration
We ask that you turn off your mobile phone to silent whilst in salon so as not to disturb clients who may be having relaxing treatments. For health and safety reasons we kindly ask that you do not bring children to your appointment, this is also in consideration to other clients who have taken time out to indulge in some special time for themselves

What is a booking deposit?
When booking an appointment at our salon we kindly ask you for a $30 deposit to secure that booking. In paying your deposit you are agreeing to give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. If for whatever reason you cannot make it your appointment and don’t provide us with 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule then unfortunately you do forfeit your $30.
Reminding you of your booking time
We try our hardest to avoid this situation and, for appointments booked in advance, we will send a confirmation message 48 hours prior as a reminder of your booking time, if you really cannot make it and want to avoid losing your deposit then we recommend that you send a friend or family member in your place and they can use your deposit to secure their booking
We offer an SMS reminder service which is sent to you 48 hours prior to your appointment. On receipt of this text, we ask that you confirm ‘YES'’ for Yes or cancel with ‘NO’ for No. Nailin' Beauty reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments. ‘No shows” will be required to pay in full to secure future appointments.
What happens to my deposit if I do provide 24 hours’ notice to cancel?
Your deposit will be fully refunded or reallocated to a future appointment, whichever you choose
Why rescheduling & cancelling are the same
Please know that rescheduling an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice is the same as cancelling as we are still unable to offer that appointment time to another client
WHY do you take deposits?
After years of experiencing a HIGH volume of time wasters, clients who made continuous bookings and then never showed up or gave us the courtesy of a phone call, we realized how many of our wonderful, loyal clients this was affecting, they were unable to book in on a Saturday or late night or our busy morning periods, Not to mention Christmas and long weekends where everyone wants to be in at the same time, so to eliminate this issue we decided on a booking deposit system.

Everything we do is with honesty, integrity and always in the best interest of our clients, so we assure you there is no money making involved with the deposit system it is simply a gesture of respect for our time.
This deposit system allows us to offer our clients the most convenient appointment times, staff our salon effectively, hire AMAZING therapists and to introduce the new treatments that our clients most want!
